Knitting Help – Knit Front and Back, or kfb

Okay, now I’m going to show you how to do
K F B, or knit front back, this is a one stitch increase. Okay, this is how it starts. You put your
needle in as if to knit, wrap it and pull it through just like normal. That first half was a normal knit stitch. But don’t pull this old stitch off the left
needle. Swing the tip of your needle around to the
back loop of that stitch, and wrap it and pull it through to the front. Then separate the two needles to get the old
stitch off the left needle. Let me show you again. Just like normal. Tip of you needle back into
the back loop of that stitch, wrap it, and pull it through. So you’ve made two stitches out of one. Just like that. That is K F B, knit front back, a one stitch
increase.

  1. For some reason, even when I actively try to knit more loosely, I end up with super tight stitches every time I have to kfb. πŸ˜•
